Our Yoga Treks/Hikes

How do I book?

First, take a look at our trekking routes. Depending on what experience you are looking for, and what your fitness level is, one or more routes might be appropriate. We are always happy to advise.

Second, review our calendar. Perhaps one of our already scheduled trekking dates suits you perfectly, in which case, you are warmly invited to submit your booking request. In case your preferred dates are not in our calendar, we will open up a new trek for you. This is our specialty, so please do not hesitate!

Third, we will guide you through the submission of the booking form, the payment of the deposit, and answer any questions you might have. That is it — your once-in-a-lifetime Himalayan adventure is booked!

What expects you during a yoga trek Nepal?

Our mornings start with meditation, followed by an energizing outdoor asana practice during which we enjoy stunning mountainous views. After a nutritious breakfast, we set off on a day’s worth of trekking, with lunch, snack, and stretching breaks, as needed. You are carrying only a very light daypack, your luggage is taken care of. As you reach your teahouse destination for the night, a delicious dinner and a restorative relaxation session awaits. Are you ready to join us?

Why yoga trekking in Nepal?

Since ancient times, sages and saints have wandered the Himalayas, immersed in their spiritual practices. It is in this tradition that the pairing of walking and yoga naturally originates. Our yoga treks Nepal follow in the footsteps of these spiritual masters.

Braving the challenging trails of the Himalayas is great for the heart and lungs, but can create tight muscles and tenderness in the leg joints. Yoga helps loosen hamstrings, builds flexibility and strength, deepens breathing, and improves mobility. Surrounded by breathtaking natural scenery, and supported by a daily meditation practice, the mind finds a respite from our busy modern lives.

Our restorative evening classes include guided relaxation and/or meditation.
