Virna is a passionate and enthusiastic Yoga Teacher (RYT 500 Yoga Alliance). For the past six years she has expanded her non-formal education by living a nomadic life, traveling the world researching personal transformational growth and discovering new spiritual paths.
She is a Doctor of Psychology specialized in Mindfulness and Body Relaxation Techniques aimed to prevent and reduce Anxiety and Stress related Disorders. During the two years she has spent living in Australia she decided to integrate and expand her knowledge in Healthy Nutrition and Alternative Medicine, attending a school in Scientific Naturopathy and becoming an Holistic Wellness Coach.
Her passion for an healthy lifestyle and her quest for spirituality led Virna to deepen her knowledge and practice of Yoga and Meditation in countries such as Thailand, India and Nepal, where she started study these disciplines in 2013 and attained her Yoga Instructor Certifications in 2017 (RYT 200) and 2018 (RYT 500) as well as immersing herself in different meditation retreats such as Vipassana and Kundalini Shaktipat.
Inspired by one of her teachers, she began to approach the realm of Sounds and Vibrations as a powerful tool to heal body, mind and Spirit and during a journey to Nepal, she met the Master who passed her the knowledge and wisdom of he Tibetan Singing Bowls. Is at the Kathmandu Healing Center that she attained her Sound Healing Certification.
Virna’s classes are an integration of meditation, asana practice and conscious breathing; she will lead you through an holistic approach of Yoga in which you can explore your inner world, bringing awareness in to the present moment, synchronizing mind and body, improving your strength and flexibility using the power of your breath. The final relaxation she offers, accompanied by a guided meditation and a sound journey will leave you in a state of deep connection with your Subtle Bodies.
