“Everything about the booking experience was top. We were advised about fitness levels required for each trek, time needed, and in the end even a new trek was scheduled to meet our preferred timing.
Everything was vey well organised, the yoga and meditation sessions were well adjusted to the level of the group and whenever possible outdoors which for me gives an extra beauty to it as it feels amazing to do yoga in nature, especially in front of the Himalayas -what a truly unique experience!
The trek was changing scenery daily which was lovely and walking through so many villages gave us a great insight if the life of Nepali people. Accommodation and food all excellent!
I personally would not have minded a bit more hiking on day 4 and 5 – although just spending time at Little Paradise on Day 4 was gorgeous in itself and well worth it.
My notes to myself for a hopefully next occasion to join a trek: I would love to spend more days and choose a slightly more demanding hike. And take no own food/snacks as you guys look soo well after us that there was absolutely no need to bring anything!

“The booking went smoothly and we did not have any problems. You answered our mails as soon as you could which we appreciated.
You did help us so much before and after the trekking with booking the hotel etc. and that shows that you really care for your guests, which is a very good quality.
The quality of the trekking-paths are over my expectation, very good. I enjoy the trekking when the difficulty is between easy and quite moderate. I like to challenge myself sometimes even though Panchassee trekking was not so tough. The teahouses had a good standard, from quite simple but clean to “luxurious” in the end when you had a toilet and shower in the room… wow!
I think it is nice to do something all together after dinner… laugh and have fun together and you are really up for it!
It is very nice to do yoga in the morning and I love it. Since Karnesh have a deep knowledge about yoga he can vary the yoga class from quite easy to difficult if you wish. It was good that you provided us with clean and fresh yogamats.
The meditation was wonderful in the evening and it is good to practice different kinds of meditation. It is lovely and joyful to sing mantras too. If you find a lovely place on the trekking it could be nice to stop for a short meditation sometimes.
On the whole I think you and your team are really caring for the guests in a genuine way, you can feel it and that is lovely. You listen in what people need and provide it. I think you are a wonderful team and I can see how you take care of each other with love.
The trekking program is thoughtful from day 0 to the last day/night and that is one of your strengths I think.
I think the biggest strength with Kamala Yoga Nepal is the attitude you and your team have and spread around you. You make people feel happy, appreciated, and genuinely cared for, and this gives strength to people during the trekking.
For me it is very important to spend time out in nature, because that is one of the things that helps me to reache balance within my body, soul and spirit. Together with yoga and meditation it is optimal and that is a gift you and your team provides us with.
So, thank you Kamala Yoga Nepal for this lovely and wonderful life experience. I will definitely be back trekking with you!

“There was a lot of magic on this journey: the fairytale forests; the beautiful local people that touched our hearts; the sounds, smells and colours of the mountains; the sublime stillness, peace and quiet at times; and much more.
Overall, the trek was very varied in landscape and well organised. Karnesh and the porter were easy going, relaxed and helpful — and they can sing and dance too! The pace of the trek was relaxed which gave us time to take pictures, talk, enjoy the scenery and views. The tea houses were basic but lovely situated with great views. Super friendly owners, accommodating also in food choices. Near each tea house was a beautiful spot for our yoga sessions. The hotels and restaurants in Pokhara were also well chosen. Very personal and attentive.
Finally, I loved the yoga sessions, the mind opening yoga nidra experience… Karnesh’s soft heartedness and wisdom should be mentioned as well, as should our overall feeling of being truly changed by the experience. I could go on and on… You can’t go wrong with this team and I would recommend them without hesitation. Keep up the good work!”
