Our Yoga Treks/Hikes
We offer 3-14 day treks and hikes along the best routes in the Himalayas. Our day starts with an energizing Hatha Yoga class, and ends with a restorative relaxation session. In between, we hike along spectacular trekking trails, enjoy delicious and healthy foods, and experience local customs and culture.
